2024.01.24 - Enhancing Hearing Aid Devices with Precision Frequency Components
In the rapidly evolving world of hearing aid technology, precision frequency components like crystal resonators and crystal oscillators play a pivotal role. Harmony Electronics, a leading provider of innovative precision timing components, is at the forefront of this technological revolution.
Harmony Electronics has been operating within Southeast Asia since the 1980s and recently announced the launch of a second plant in Thailand. This strategic localization gives us a unique strength within the timing industry, making us an ideal partner for businesses looking to transfer their supply chain to Southeast Asia with minimal purchasing risk.
All Harmony manufacturing facilities are certified with ISO9001, 14001, 45001, IATF16949, IECQ QC 080000, and Sony GP. We also prioritize product reliability tests such as JISC-C-60068, MIL-STD-1916, AEC-Q100, and Q200.
Our products stand out for their tiny size, high precision, wide temperature range, and low phase jitter. These features make them ideally suited to the demanding requirements of modern hearing aid devices.
Crystal resonators and crystal oscillators play a crucial role in the functioning of hearing aid devices. They provide precise timing and stable frequencies that help convert sound waves into electrical signals that can be amplified and delivered to the user's ear.
Our AEC-Q100/200 qualified crystal resonators come in different specifications, including MHz Xtal with +/- 7ppm and IATF16949 certification, 2-in-1 Thermistor with +/- 12ppm in temperatures ranging from -30 to 85C, and 1210 Xtal & TSX offering 25MHZ to 96MHz frequencies with +/- 12ppm in temperatures ranging from -40 to 105C.
Our AEC-Q100/200 qualified crystal oscillators are also available in various specifications, including xxxSPXO ranging from 1MHz to 220MHz and TCXO/VC-TCXO with +/-0.5ppm in temperatures ranging from -30 to 86C. They provide low phase jitter ranging from 0.25 to 0.45ps, making them suitable for high-performance hearing aid devices.
Harmony Electronics' components are versatile and can be used in many hearing devices. Here are just a few examples:
In conclusion, Harmony Electronics continues to push the boundaries of what's possible in hearing aid technology. Our precision frequency components are enhancing the performance of today's advanced hearing devices and shaping the future of this field. We're excited to continue our journey and look forward to supporting your business objectives.
